AttentionTag Vision Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Attention Tag”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “the platform”) provides analytics services to educational institutions, corporate clients, and event organizers. AttentionTag operates as a business-to-business (B2B) service provider, acting solely as a data processor on behalf of its clients. Our clients, including educators and organizations, remain the owners and controllers of the data. Our services capture and process user engagement data to improve educational and training outcomes.

Inferences & data

We collect webcam images and inferred engagement analytics through the AttentionTag SDK. Clients integrate and enable this SDK in their own platform or through plug-and-play plugins/integrations. Inferencing occurs directly on the attendee’s client, browser, or device. The platform does not directly collect data from end users unless enabled by the client through explicit product configuration. 

Use of Data

The platform allows clients to the use above inferred data for improving the engagement and outcomes. Data is securely stored and access is restricted. Attention Tag processes this data solely based on the instructions of its institutional or corporate clients.

End user consent

The platform allows its clients to collect engagement data for their users. The app explicitly asks the meeting attendees for consent, and shows the consent status while using the app. Clients have the option to enable an explicit consent modal within the AttentionTag product to collect direct end-user consent when needed, or to obtain this consent through other means.

This also applies to parental or guardian consent for participants under the age of 16. When minors’ data is processed, AttentionTag implements appropriate safeguards in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant regulations.

User Rights

End users and their legal guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@attentiontag.com. AttentionTag will coordinate such requests with the responsible data controller (institution or speaker) in compliance with applicable laws.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect collected data.
