Welcome to AttentionTag! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AttentionTag, an Engagement Assistant that leverages real-time actionable inferences from attendees inside the Attention Tag app.

Service Description

AttentionTag offers the following features for speakers, educators, and facilitators through a no-code integration:

  • Real-Time Engagement Analytics: Provides a live view of engagement levels, either by specific content pieces or by attendee participation.
  • AI-Generated Feedback: Offers corrective suggestions for content improvement, utilizing AI-guided analytics.
  • Personalized AI Conversations: Facilitates personalized, AI-generated LLM (Large Language Model) chats with attendees based on their emotional engagement levels.
  • Automated Follow-Up: Enables offline, automated, personalized follow-ups post-session to enhance learning outcomes.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Use of Platform: Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to use AttentionTag services for authorized purposes, through their users or organizations being enabled. 
  • Restrictions: Clients may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works based on AttentionTag services without prior written consent.
  • Consent Communication: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform and obtain consent from all call/session participants regarding the capture and analysis of engagement by Attention Tag, including parental consent in case of minors.
  • Privacy Acknowledgment: Customers must acknowledge and direct end users to our Privacy policy.
  • Inferences and chat messages in the system are AI generated. Please report any concerns on content@attentiontag.com or attentiontag.com/support We will get back within our SLA of 48 hours.

  • Model Accuracy & Performance: AttentionTag makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or performance of its engagement models. Users should exercise discretion and consider the implications of data usage.
  • Liability: AttentionTag disclaims all responsibility for damages resulting from incorrect data analysis or interpretations. Users should critically evaluate AI-generated insights and recommendations.

General Terms

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the use of AttentionTag services with notice.
  • Modification of Terms: AttentionTag reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
